Deep domain research
For tasks beyond our primary engineering domains, we can involve academic specialists from departments and research groups at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
ContiMech keeps system ownership, architecture, design decisions, integration, and project coordination inside the core team. Specialized research, production, laboratory, and field activities scale through a trusted local engineering network.
We do not split system responsibility between subcontractors. ContiMech defines the task, prepares the engineering package, coordinates external work, reviews the result, integrates it, and verifies it against the system requirements.
For tasks beyond our primary engineering domains, we can involve academic specialists from departments and research groups at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
We prepare the design and manufacturing package; established production partners provide the required process capacity. We have practical cooperation with manufacturers in Kharkiv and Bila Tserkva.
ContiMech defines pin mapping, connectors and contacts, wire sizing, shielding, grounding, routing constraints, drawings, manufacturing tables, and acceptance criteria. Production is performed by specialized partners in Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk.
When the project requires independent laboratory infrastructure, metrology, conformity assessment, or certification, we coordinate the work with specialized organizations and accredited facilities.
For systems that must leave the lab, we can arrange access to suitable local test areas and coordinate the permissions required for a defined test programme.
This boundary is intentional. Electrical load, interface definition, contact selection, wire cross-section, shielding, routing, and acceptance remain engineering decisions. Crimping, assembly, and series production are assigned to companies that manufacture harnesses professionally.
